Windows CE
I have asked this before as have others, but I haven't found anybody who could explain it. How do you make a windows CE install? There is almost no documentation on the subject and what documentation does exist is not very good.

Windows CE support is available in Developer 8. This support is added via a new Windows CE Object included with the product.

but what about 7. Does it have a windows CE object? If so where is it?
