How do I know if AppSearch is scheduled before LaunchConditions?

In Installation Designer mode go to Behaviour and Logic > Sequences > Installation and look in both User Interface and Execute sequence.

In the Custom Action Wizard, Action Type page, there are only 11 types of action listed in the drop down box. What is type 19 and how do I select it?

This type of custom action is missing from the Wizard. Right click the Custom Actions root node and select "New error".

I took a flier and added the condition using the variables assigned during System Search to the Product Condition field and it seems to work.
