When will Install Shield Express 3.54 be out??????

when will the Install Shield Express 3.54 beta be available to the public. I am going to purchase Install Shield Express 3.53. I ahd Install Shield Express 3.0. I am wondering if I should wait until Install Shield Express 3.54 is out then puy it if it's coming out soon anyways.

When will it be out? Does anybody know for SURE?

The Beta was publicly available for about just under a month. The good news is that 3.54 has been released (as of June 10 or 11)! If you have 3.5x just go to "Help->Check for Updates" and you should be able to download and install Express 3.54. Anymore questions about this release please let me know.
