    Hi All,
    This is regarding the handling of the Service
    What is the expected behavior bythe Installshield / Windows Installer to the
    following conditions of the service for the uninstallation of the product?

    Sn Status Staruptype Expected behavior Suggestion
    1. Started Automatic
    2. Started Manual
    3. Disabled
    4. Automatic
    5. Manual
    6 Disabled

    I would appreciate for any suggestion to uninstall the product.

    I'm not sure what you are asking here. Are you having problems uninstalling
    services?
