    Uninst.isu question

I'm having problems uninstalling programs, that were made with IS6,
without using the add/remove program. When I look at the 'uninstall'
shortcut in 'start/programs/' etc. for the program I made, I notice
that it's looking for Uninst.isu in the directory that I installed the
program itself. Not only can I not find this file there, but even in
    'c:\program files\Installshield Installation Information\ (Guid)\' there
    IS NO Uninst.isu file.

Has there been some changes in the way this is done since IS5.5? If so,
how do I convert the installation over in order to take these changes
    into account?

The reason this all came up is because I've written an autorun, and
there's an 'Uninstall' button on it where I spawn the uninstall.

    Thanx much,
    Jeremy

    Hi,
The log file name is setup.ilg for IS6 setup. You can see this file in
the Installation Information Directory. Take a look at the migration
document for InstallShield 5.x users in the on-line help. Go the help menu,
select contents & open the getting started guide. You can see the
    InstallShield 5.x users document there.

To create an uninstall shortcut, set its target to >DISK1TARGET>\setup.exe.
To invoke uninstall from an external program, I suggest that you retrieve
the uninstall string for your application from registry and launch that.
