    Please help

ISx2.03 produces the following error while installing a VB6 application.
    'failed to self register c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\DAO\DAO350.1'. Other postings on this list have mentioned
possible missing dependencies as a cause for this type of problems. How
do I find out what DAO350.1's dependencies are?

    Any help will be appreciated.

The actual na,e of the file is DAO350.DLL. If you select it in the
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO directory, and
right-click on it, you can select QuickView.

Then look at the Import Table. It may be that the correct files are not
present, or it may be that because the file is locked/in use (that is why
it is renamed to DAO350.1) causes the registration to fail.
