Select Drive, not directory

[NewsArchive]

Does anyone know how to allow the user to only select a different drive but
not allow them to change the default directory path name? If I don't allow
them to change directories, I can't see how I can let them change drives.
Likewise, if I allow them to change drives, I lose the default path
designation.
