Out of interest I tried this workaround on IS2012 SP1 (i.e. adding Setup64.exe extracted from "InstallShield\2012\Redist\Language Independent\x64").

However it didn't work - I still got the 32-bit value reported for the ProgramFiles64Folder property on Win2008R2.
