When doing an uninstall, it goes through the whole process it seems. Taking 2-3 minutes to complete.

Entry in add/remove programs is done.

But the icons/shortcuts and all the files in program files and programdata folder are still there.

Has been working fine up until recently.

Checked all files and none of them are set to be shared, so not sure what else to look for.
