I have a limited edition version of InstallShield Express 5.0 that has worked well on every OS up through Windows 7 64, until now. I have a customer with a laptop who is getting an Error 1723 as the install starts to actually happen. In other forums, this seems to be associated with having a custom action in the installer build, however this edition of ISX does not allow custom actions at all (unless there are some "standard" options that are handled that way but not called out as such).

The one thing that seems to be different about this client's Windows 7 is that it was installed as an upgrade over Vista (I hope this makes a bell go off in someone's head). I've posted the relevant portion of the log file below. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to get around this error, I would appreciate it:
