Which browser and version are you using?

If, for example, you're using the latest version of IE, I think you may need to turn on compatibility mode.

Ah, I'm glad you found the compatibility option.

Sorry about the link! When the Japanese download link was added, the KB system dropped the English download link. The KB article has been corrected, and now both download links in the article work correctly.

So you can either click the links to obtain the patch, or you can log in to the Flexera Software Product and License Center to obtain the download.
