An installation I made with InstallShield 2010 Express will install a font on Windows XP but not on Vista and 7. Can Express install fonts on Vista and 7? If so, what do I need to do to do this?

The help files and information on this site reference InstallScript, which isn't included in Express. Is that the only way to install fonts on Vista and 7?
