I have a debug version and release version of my application. Sometime, I forgot to rebuild the release version after testing the debug version, and the installation would be generated incorrectly. I want to set up a condition, that if the release version's file timestamp is earlier than the debug version's timestamp, the installation won't generate and hopefully return me an error message. How can I achieve this?
