Error Reading setup initialization files

Im using IS 11.5 Pro. I built a new project and for few days I could work on it.After few days when I try to run my project I get the following error message box:
"Error Reading setup initialization files"
When I run directly the default.msi created, it works.

I tried to restart the computer, I built the project all over again, nothing helped

Is this has to do with the licensing?

The reason for it was since I deleted the Product Name property in <Media>\Releases\<Media Name>.
