Cutom Action does not executed

I working on a Basic MSI project with installshield Windows 11.5. I've written several custom actions in script, and try to execute them when user exiting from installer on last complete success panel. But very strangely, they are no response, just as they are never executed.

Any suggestion on what's wrong with it?

How are you trying to execute them? Have you added them to InstallUISequence, InstallExecuteSequence or calling them when the Next button is clicked? Generate the log and search for the name of the CA. You will get a clue as to why they are not executing
