I want to automation regist some information to host after copied files to [InstallDir].

I was created some install process on .Net framework.
But I would like to process from install shield.

My question is
How do I do same process by script ?

My process is,
1. Detect device exist or not
2. Remove device driver (It is nearly un-install)
3. Install device driver
