I have used Install shield professional 7 in the past where I could create custom properties. For example I have a registry key that includes the server name which, is provided at the time the msiexec is run e.g. miscexec /i "a:\test.mi SERVER=testserver

However, I cannot find this functionality in the express version, has it changed or is it just not in this version?

Are there any ways round it?
