Image distortion in dialog skin...

Has anyone else experienced this?

- I have a custom skin gif file (made by photoshop) that I use for my dialog boxes. The problem is that the dialog boxes that contain radio buttons, or even SdAskDestPath where it says "Destination Folder," the image gets distorted, in such a way that the image behind the text is lighter in a non-uniform way. These text and radio buttons do not have the transparency option. Is there a fix for this bug?

Even though I'm the only person that has even looked at this thread, I'll post the fix to this problem incase someone else happens to have the same issue in the future. To fix: upgrade to version 12.
