1. .net 2.0
2. InstallShield Express 11.5
3. Yes (dll in the System folder) and Yes (a support EXE with the application)
4. I did not at first, but running dependency scanner did not help
5. I built the project with the problem from scratch

Resolution
Ok - not sure why they even keep these old threads around - especially when they rank higher than the actual RESOLUTION to the problem in the site search....
But - here is a link to the resolution
http://support.installshield.com/kb/...icleid=Q112146
It's a simple fix.

Where's the fix for 11 Pro?
Where's the fix for 11 Pro?????
1) The .NET Version and VS Project Type of your product
.Net - Some 2.0, Some 3.5
2) The Original InstallShield IDE in which this project was created
InstallShield 11 Pro
3) The Current Version of InstallShield you are using InstallShield 11 Pro
4) Whether you have non-.net DLLs and EXEs in your project
Yes
5) Whether you've used dependency scanner on this project
No
6) Whether you can reproduce in a Clean Project Created with 11.5 Express.
Have not tried, too frustrated to try it.
