Need SP1 for IS Dev 8.0

Hi,
does anyone know where i can download this SP1. The update feature in IS doesn't work, and it is not available from www.installshield.com.

Here is a sequence of steps to find SP1 for Developer 8.0

1. Go to www.installshield.com
2. On the menu bar across the top of their site click on Downloads.
3. On the menu that drops down click on Developer. This will take you to a page showing all available downloads for Developer 7.x and 8.x.
4. Scroll down the page until you find the entry "InstallShield Developer 8.0 Service Pack 1" dated Mar 25, 2003.
5. Click on that link and the download process should start.

Oops, I followed the above instructions and at step 5 it simply told me “InstallShield Developer 8.0 users can obtain the update via the Tools | Check for Updates menu option.” I had used the “Check for Updates” approach to update to SP1 and then SP2 recently (in the last two weeks or so). Having just checked the updates available to me the first question that comes to mind is whether you already have SP1 or even SP2 installed as this would prevent the Update Service mechanism used by “Check for Updates” from showing you those Service Packs.
