Set Registry Key HKLM\software\microsoft\.net framework\installroot to point

I get this message, " Set Registry Key HKLM\software\microsoft\.net framework\installroot to point to the .Net Framework Install Location."
when I test install a VB.Net application written in Windows XP and installed on Windows 98 and click on the application exe.
How do I include the .Net Framework in IS Express 4 so that it automatically installs if required?
    Thanks in advance.

    1. Open your project in Express.
    2. Go to "Build your Release" view.
    3. Select your media and scroll towards the bottom of the property sheet.
    4. Set ".NET Framework Location" to a method of your choice.
    5. Set the ".NET Version" property to the one you want (1.0 or 1.1).
    6. Build and install.

    Instant .NET Framework support !

    Thank you, Chandima
I looked but do not have the Set ".NET Framework Location" in the properties. See the attached screen capture.
I probably didn't set something right at the beginning

Are you sure this is Express 4?
Do you see the property for any of the other media types (CDROM for example)?
Did you upgrade this project from a previous version of Express?
If you create a new project, do you see this property?
