Operating System not adequate message when running setup

ELFE Installer Information
The operating system is not adequate for running ELFE. (My installation name)

Does this mean I need more RAM?
I'm running Win XP with 256MB ~199MB available before starting setup.

Go to the "Requirements View"
Select "System Hardware Requirements" node
Select "OS Version" property
Select "Any OS" in the panel below it
Build and install

Should not get this message anymore.
