A user has reported that our application is hanging while it displays our "Checking for Updates..." message. This message is displayed immediately before the AutoUpdate method call to the Agent and a message is displayed immediately after the AutoUpdate method returns.
It works fine for 200+ other users. The user reported that their internet connection (DSL) is working while this is going on. They have tried reinstalling our application as well as rebooting. The user has informed us that they are not behind a firewall and they are not running any firewall software.
If anybody can offer some insight into this problem, I would be greatly appreciative.
