Setup.exe not responding when clicked in an installshield and demoshield package

Hi there,

This is admittedly an end user question, but I can find no help elsewhere. Ever since I have uprgraded from win 98 to xp, and INstallShield or DemoShield program setup DOES NOT WORK! I click on the setup icon and get no response. Is there a fix for this, has anyone had experience with this?

Sorry to post but am desperate.

Just bought Adobe Premiere for 400 and cant even install the stupid thing.

It is difficult to determine what may be causing the problem without knowing how the product is set up.

Do you have InstallShield and DemoShield installed on your system?

Is the Adobe Premiere product installation CD created using DemoShield and InstallShield?

Have you tried contacting Adobe to see if they have any similar issues with the product installation?
