This demo has a simple form that asks for the user's name, email and thier sex. If the user clicks the submit button, an email is sent using the Send To Action with the information provided by user.
A .txt file called Feedback.txt is created and Imported into the Files tab that looks like the following:
Name: <Please give us your feedback.EF Name>
Email: <Please give us your feedback.EF Email>
Sex: <Global.String1(Global)>
