I am using InstallShield 5.5 Professional and created a complicated installer. I changed the default location from c:\Program files\flexi to d:\Program files\flexi.
I continue installation and it starts decompressing and copying files to user's hard drive. Around 90% of the progress bar where I create icons and program groups, I get this ok button error message from installshield: "c:\program files\flexi is not accessible".
Why is installshield looking at my c drive when I changed it to install to d drive? I also tried creating the c:\program files\flexi and it didn't show message box but didn't install anything there either. Only does it on some computers. All was tested under Windows 2000.
It also started doing this with my other installer using InstallShield 3. These bugs started popping up all of a sudden in last couple of days and I didn't change the source code for InstallShield 3 for over 2 years now.
Any help will be appreciated.
