Icons Not Refreshing

Hi All,

I'm installing a new version of our software which has new icons (embedded
in the executables). After installing on a system that had a previous
vesion (different icons), the shortcuts on the desktop still have the old
icons. This only goes away if I reboot machines several times or if choose
Desktop>Properties>Large Icons>Apply, then uncheck Large Icons>Apply.

There seems to be some sort of a cache that's doing this. Does anyone know
how the installer can help fix this problem?
