Changing the "Preparing to Install" bitmap

I have successfully created a patch to do a minor update of a basic msi
project. On both the original and new projects, I have replaced the bitmaps
of every dialog box with our custom bitmaps. But when the patch starts, it
still uses the default IS bitmap for the "Preparing to Install" dialog box.
How can I change this bitmap?
