Easy Question: How to create a shortcut to uninstall

I would like to create a shortcut to uninstall without using the
Configure Target System method. I would like to do it via script like
in IS6.


I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find where. I
also couldn't find any documentation how to do so.
