complie.exe

I want to use dos-command line to complie my setup script and build my setup
program.

I have read from installshield help that I need to have complie.exe to do
that.
But I am using the Installshield for Microsoft Visual C++ 6. It seems there
is no complie.exe inside the program files..

Where can you get those files to complie the setup script by dos-command
prompt?
Any free ways?

Support for command line builds and compilations of your script were not available in that version of InstallShield.

You would have to purchase our latest version (InstallShield Professionial 6.31) in order to get this functionality.
