Error -10 creating packing list

when i try to build the disks i get the following error
error -10 creating packing list

my application name is just one word with no spaces
does any one have a clue?

What does your setup.lst file look like. I have looked for error 10 and
find no reference to it besides a return code for a silent installation
"Data Type is invalid"
Can you manually build the files instead of using a build.bat file?
