Hi All,
I got the "1628: Failed to complete installation" during the uninstallation.
The verbose log shows "Failed to open cab, error is 0x80030002" in the log
May I know the meaning or fix for this?

You somehow deleted the uninstall log.
With the coming release of 7.02, for this situation, we treat it as a new
installation. But now, you need to manually do something.
start regedit:
delete following key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_Unins
tallInformation\{your product guid}.
Then re-run your installation. It will repair the log.
