MSM and custom actions

I have created 3 msm's named A,B,C.

I have in all msm's custom actions CA_A, CA_B, CA_C respectively to A, B, C
msm.

A msm is a dependency of B msm. I want from B msm to call CA_A custom action
and since B msm is a dependency of C msm to call CA_B custom action from C
msm and from main setup to call CA_C custom action of the C msm and this
might or not call CA_B which will call CA_A.

Is that possible?
