Uninstaller not getting removed

Hi
I am creating a MAC OS X Installer through InstallAnywhere 2008 windows version
I am creating a uninstaller for the application
When i run the uninstaller it removes all the files which were installed through installer but a 0 kb uninstaller file remains on the system.
Another scenario i have seen that a file named out.txt also remains in the installation folder sometimes.:(
can anyone suggest what could be the problem????

I have also created a demo installer and it also shows the same behaviour
so the problem is not with my project only.

No, i was not able to find the solution to my problem.

Are you facing a similar problem????

In my case uninstaller was getting removed if installation was not successful.

I could suggest two things: have a post-uninstall script that would run after everything was installed that would attempt to remove the Uninstall folder... or try to upgrade to a more recent version in order to see if this issue was fixed (by the way, have you tried to contact the Acresso Software support in order to see if they were aware of this issue or not?)
