hi ,
i have a requirement in which i need to display a panel asking for user inputs
and i need to capture the user inputs and store it in a file.
Would anyone tell me how to do it .
i am supposed to display a panel asking the user to where to point for,the port number and other additional information and i want to store the user input information in a file how can i do it
i need to ask for the port number to be used and the jvm to point to all this stuff needs to be stored or saved in a file

If you haven't yet, you might look at the InstallAnywhere 2008 help topic "Get User Input Panels" for information about creating the panel, and look at one of the Modify Text File actions for saving the user's input.
