Error Number 0x8002000B

I am not sure if I am on the right community. But I have this issue. I was trying to install the a product and which runs on the Install Shield. When i am trying to install it the 1st window that pops up is an error message:

Error Number：0x8002000B
Description：Invalid index

Setup will now terminate.

Can anyone please suggest??? :confused:
