Hello,
I am having an issue with the INSTATTSCRIPT project of the 11.5 version.
We run about 300+ oracle sql scripts as part of our project. During this time the progress bar always shows MAX percentage.
We run the scripts using the sqlscript portion of the installshield and hence no custom action is used. We do the file copy before and this is properly shown in the progress bar. But once the progress bar reaches 100% it does not get reinitialised to 0 for the SQL Scripts portion and hence we do not know when the process will be over.
Since it the installshiled provided functionality I am unable to provide the statusex in between as this is done automatically. But I hope if I could get the initialisation then this would work properly. But i do need help for doing that.
If this is a MSI project, this initialisation is happening properly for every script but then we cannot use MSI project as we are doing skin customisation which is not available with MSI.
Will it be possible for any of you to provide a suggestion/solution for this problem.
Thanks very much
Velan.
