Problems

I am currently having problems with Installshield. I tried downloading Adboe Photoshop and other numerous programs. The AutoInstall Shield Wizard came with my Dell and when I try to install a program I get a response saying The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This could occur if you are running Windows in safe mode,or if the Windows installer is not currently installed. Contact your support personel for assistance

Delete everything in your temp directory, reboot, and try again..

you mean temp directory you mean Tools Internet Options delete temporary files?

I meant the first one, but it couldn't hurt to do both.

If I understand your post correctly you are having problems installing Photoshop and other programs, but this forum is for the InstallShield 11.5 product. You may want to take a look at this site: http://consumer.installshield.com/
