I have a project written in vb.NET 2003 CF. I am having a problem with Installshield distributing the latest version of the .NET CF (1.0 sp3). This version is required when deploying to a device with Window Mobile 2003 SE. How can I ensure that the latest version is deployed to the device (netcf.all.wce4.ARMV4.cab)
