Mysterious ALT key

Pressing ALT key on any dialog of installer screws up the window big time in almost all screens.
and the lookup behaviour of the dialog is changed.(texts are poorly displayed and are overlaped).
This problem haapens on Windows system.(not everytime but sometime).

It seems to be a common problem. I am facing the same issue here. This is happening only on windows 2000, not on windows XP. Is there any solution to this. Is this a installshield bug. I think it is happening because of the neumonics which one places on the buttons for windows shortcuts.

I guess I shouldn't bother upgrading from 10.5 SP2 to 11, then. I've been seeing this issue with my installers, too. It would appear that it hasn't been fixed. It's really ugly, isn't it?
