Need to create permanent registry key

I have setup my registry keys and they are created fine during installation. However, I cannot set any properites that will retain the keys following uninstall. Install Only (+) is greyed out on the context menu.

Anyone have any ideas?

The component the registry key is assosicated with needs to be set as permanent.

Unfortunately, this is not easily done in the Express IDE (the Professional InstallShield X has this as an option). To do this in Express, you would need to modify your Express project file in Orca.exe. The MSI SDK help file can give you the details you need.
