I'm installed InstallShield Express 3.5 on my Windows XP system as administrator. Now i want to use it under restricted user account. When i trying to create new project - "project type" and "project language" controls are empty, so i cannot create new project. When i run IS under administrator's account controls are filled with data and everything is Ok.
What i need to do to run IS under restricted user account?
