Hello

We use installshield express 3.03 to install a java application.
In the computer we install
The JRE of sun, an interbase database server and jars of our application.
We encountered some problems on some computers :

- on 5 computers the setup freeze at the beginning (3 seconds)
3 on windows 98 OS
1 on windows 95 OS
1 on windows 2000 OS
What it can be?

- on 7 computers the error 2103,48 appear.
all of them on Windows 98 OS
what does it mean?

- on 1 computers the keyboard and the mouse freeze
