Error 4344

I have run a Build on a VB project and get the following error...

** Error -4344: Failed to build ProgId information for dynamically extracted COM features

I can't find any reference to this error in the Help file.

Any suggestions?

What version of Express are you using? This is an error with the COM Extraction. It usually occurs when trying to extract information from exe files that have registry information other than COM stuff. Try setting the registration properties of your Exe files from "Extract COM Information" to "None". Build and see if you still get this error.

If you don't then you will have to use a Custom Action to register this file after it is installed.
