modifying existing dialogues in IS 5.5

Hi, I am trying to add a radio button to an existing dialog box for one of our product installs. I have changed the necessary script components, but the button does not appear in the dialog box.

I am working on the presumption that the form has to be physically modified to add the button. But on installing InstallDialogue, a dialog editor, I find that there are no dialog files in the project I am working with. Thus there is nothing that can be modified.

This is all rather confusing, and my presumption was that this would be a very simple step. I am going about this the wrong way??!!

Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.
