I asked a similar question the other day over in the Express forum, but this seems more appropriate here...
My company is considering migrating to use InstallShield instead of our own custom-built install routine for our educational multimedia products.
The problem is - we have literally hundreds of CD-based applications that we create, each CD contains hundreds of files, the whole thing is assembled automatically, and we would really like to be able to automate (using VB) the install file building process if we move to InstallShield X.
Is that what the ISWiProject Object (and others) are used to do? Is there an example out there anywhere to help my programmers get started with this process?
