Hi,
FYI, last year I ran into a problem where the SUPPORTDIR wasn't always filled when the OnBegin event ran (for example when the auto-repair started). I fixed this by moving the ISSetupFilesExtract before the ISStartup under Installation/Execute in the Sequences view.
I think SUPPORTDIR gets filled too late if you don't have a UI that pops up.
Just in case you are missing files in SUPPORTDIR in unusual situations.
