How do I incorporate another installation program into mine?

Hi, I'm trying out Installshield to see if it fits what I want to accomplish and I have a question.

I want to install MySQL on the target system during my installation procedure, provided no database server is already installed on the target system. Is it possible to execute MySQLs setup.exe (in the Win32 case) from inside the installer, and then return to my installation wizard when it is done?

There is a Product and Wizard Bean called "Exec Action" which can be used to bundle and run executables. You could use this bean to simply execute the mysql installer in silent mode or interactive mode.
