I have noticed this problem not just with my program but most other commercial products that use installshield.
If I am logged onto a PC (on a network) when I try and run setup I get the error message something like "drive N: invalid and it craps out.
The N drive is what we use for our home drives. It has no relevance to the installation as the setup is running on the local PC.
If I map the N drive then it installs ok. I have lived with this for ages when installing other programs but now I am producing my own I would like to know how to get around this.
is it a bug or what ?
