Isolated component question

In my setup I have two features, one of them has isolated components. Setup is built base don flags: these two features are never included together. When I build setup for feature including isolated components and run it, then everything is fine. When I build setup for the feature without isolated components, then installation fails with the error 2617, stating the "Shared component [2] not found in Component table." It is true as isolated components are not included into this setup, but IsolatedComponent table includes them! It is bug. What could be workaround except manually removing the rows in IsolatedComponent table by ORCA?

This sounds like a bug with the build processing Release flags on a feature. It should filter the Isolated Component entry and it is not. I have created a bug WO for this and I will get it into the SP for you.
